Join together for our 2024 Family Spring Fundraiser Event as Bambini Creativi transforms into Festa del Porto di Bambini Creativi—an evening of Italian-themed food, festivities, and fun. Festa del Porto di Bambini Creativi is a celebration of the Reggio Emilia approach to learning country of origin: Italy!

Upon arrival, amici will convert the parking lot into a seaside Italian village, using recycled boxes to create Vespas, gondolas, and fishing boats. Families will enjoy an Italian dinner before the gates to the Festival open at 6:45pm, offering an array of Italian-themed activities for all ages. Start practicing now for the Portorosso Cup Race Triathlon! At sunset, Pixar’s Luca will play under the stars as the Italian-themed and amici-created boats and vehicles fill Porto di Bambini Creativi.

All proceeds benefit Bambini Creativi’s education programs, including new units of inquiry materials, classroom supplies, and teacher training.

Festa del Porto di Bambini Creativi will be a family-friendly night to remember! We look forward to celebrating with our community. Grazie!

TICKETS:

Tickets are available pre-sale only until April 26. Tickets will NOT be available to purchase at the door. This event is open to family and friends of the Bambini Creativi community. Children under the age of 2 are free.

New this year, tickets are sold in a pay-what-you-choose model; select from any of the four ticket price options to best honor your family’s budget and donation capabilities.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:

One delicious Italian meal is included with each ticket purchased. Menu will include pasta (pesto/marinara/buttered), salad, roll with butter, choice of meatballs or gluten-free italian sausage, dessert, and one bottled water. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.

Popcorn will be served during the movie.

Feel free to bring your own favorite beverage to enjoy.

*This is a Family Event, alcohol is prohibited.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION:

Please bring your own chairs and/or picnic blankets.

Amici can choose to decorate a laundry basket or box from home in advance, but a station will also be set up for those who choose to create their vehicle/boat at the event.

There will be a 50/50 cash raffle, so please bring cash if you choose to participate. Winner will be announced at the end of the movie.

For safety reasons and noise control during the movie, only park in the lot if you plan to stay for the entirety of the event. If you plan to leave early, please park in the street.

* Are you a family with more than one enrolled amici? Choose one option per

family.

* Attending the event? Drop off the food donation at the designated food table at 6pm. Dinner is served at 6:15pm. Please include a serving utensil.

* Unable to attend but still willing to donate? Drop off the food donation at

morning drop off Fri 5/3.
